Main Menu Redesign
The Challenge
To optimize the information architecture of one of the gaming industry's most dynamic and crowded interfaces. The objective was to reduce cognitive load for players and streamline the online party selection and matchmaking process, which was unnecessarily fragmented and time-consuming.
Impact & Results
Restructured the primary navigation menu and consolidated lobby steps through a deep usability analysis. This core feature optimization within the production team successfully compressed the party selection flow from 5 steps to just 3, minimizing interaction friction, accelerating matchmaking, and maximizing player game time.
